John at 1-Grid you are a legend
I was assisted by John Job from 1-grid earlier today regarding a complex technical query . John was a marvel to work with on my query . i was impressed by his ability to resolve the technical matter without the use of jargon which is a common problem when dealing with support people .
There is more human being to John than the technical support agent. Thanks John and keep up the excellent service . Best wishes Ernest
