It doesn't look good

As an entrepreneur I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know the challenges of running a business. But it's only fair to let others know to use 1-grid at their own peril. I have been supporting this company for far too long before it was even 1-grid. We had multiple domain under them and today we are only left with one because we moved our services elsewhere due to their low-level service.

Last week I spoke to a consultant who assured me that he did all the nameservers and DNS, also discontinuing the package I requested to. But as we speak the package is still active (so I am being billed for it), and apparently my emails are still in there. Only god knows why.

I emailed them yesterday, and i am yet to get a response. I followed up today and I'm still waiting.

Today seems that our emails on the VPS are down and inaccessible. No response when you log a ticket.
