IT assistance

I registered a new company recently, where after I was told I needed a website and the web developer told me he strongly recommend 1-grid. Website was registered and I thought I would pay thousands of rands, guess what less than R100 for a website hosted by 1-grid. I bought a new laptop and during this lockdown I needed someone to assist me with setting up email on the laptop. I thought no way would 1-grid be operating, to my surprise Zolani answered my call. What a true professional Zolani working from home and having calls routed to him just like me, he had the patience of a true mentor, talked me through every step and never made me feel like he knew more than me. In fact there were times this morning (09 April 2020) when I made silly mistakes and asked really silly questions, Zolani calmly told me don't worry Peter, I would have made the same mistakes if I was in your shoes. I smiled thinking what a gentleman. 1-grid you have an amazing team collectively and individually Zolani showed me this morning why young, dynamic and vibrant IT gurus want to work for 1-grid.
