IP blacklist issue after server uograde

I am beyond pulling my hair out. First they update server and emails from websites no longer get sent to customers. Now I cannot do a simple FTP upload as every single IP address I'm allocated is blacklisted. I then have to phone / email and request temporary whitelisting. Totally useless if I can't update manually. Have emailed requesting a possibility that I can do the whitelisting myself. No response. Have now tried to get whitelisted this morning since 12.38 First I got an agent and had to repeat my entire life history once again, which is sooooo frustrating. Don't they keep logs? She put me om hold and after 7 minutes I hung up and called again. THIS is their PREMUIM support by the way. I have now made a further 7 attempts to call and I get there s no agent available and the call gets dropped. After beibg with Xneelo for over 12 years, I am really regretting my decision to move over to 1-grid.
