Incorrect Billing Problem Resolved
After weeks of writing endless emails, phone calls to request incorrect billing to be resolved, horrible customer service experience, Shawaal Van Wyk finally came to my rescue. Resolved all my troubles within just an hour. She is a great model for excellence and definitely a huge asset to 1-grid.
