Incomplete product offered
We signed up with 1-Grids' Website Builder Package, which they market as a E-commerce store builder. Problem is, the product is incomplete, they do not have the functionality for customers to create an account, their service does not allow it. how can you run an E-Commerce site with out having customer login a place secure orders? upon asking them the same question, to show us E-Commerce site that does not offer signup/login, they were unable. Asking if we are the only customers to complain, we were told no, but all the other customers were then happy to take the html route and design there store and add signup/login via html coding. 1-Grid offers an E-Commerce website builder package with out the full functionality of customers being able to create an account. This is an incomplete product. We either want the complete product as paid for or we want the fees back that we paid.

Meaning of E-Commerce " Ecommerce, also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce, refers to the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions." None of these actions will be possible or secure if a customer is not able to create/signup for an account and login to place orders, choose delivery options and make payments.
