Incompetence of the highest order

Our business experienced close to a week of intermittent issues when our server was recently migrated. It was a back and forth exercise to try and get email connectivity resolved. Now a few months later our website was suddenly overwritten with a generic "coming soon" page. I logged a call yesterday and was told it will be investigated and I will be contacted. Today however the problem has been made worse as there are now DNS issues and email no longer being received. After calling the call centre again I was told someone was working on the issue yesterday and he only comes to the office at 9am. We're trying to run a business here and our customers expect us to be available on emails from 8am. This is completely unacceptable service.
