Incapable of applying Hosting and Security to correct domains.

This company cannot deal with queries efficiently. I bought hosting, domain essentials and SSL certificate. They billed me twice and after 3 attempts, they still cannot rectify this. They added products to the wrong domain, removed products from the wrong domain and still cannot carry out a simple instruction. Its's simple.. Do what you were supposed to do in the first place. They are just messing up everything as they go along.. I had 5 websites hosted at 1-Grid, but I will be moving. Their service is deteriorating.
