Inability to apply newly renewed SSL certificate to website by self

support question was answered timeously, however the ability to renew SSL cert and apply to website is not an option and a call must be logged to put renewed cert in. This is ok for non technical people, but I would like the ability to do this myself, which is currently unavailalbe
