Impressive service

Very impressive service from Taariq Daniels! My email account had been hacked, and I couldn't access my emails. Taariq immediately assured me he was going to sort the problem out, which he did over the phone. He also explained in a customer friendly way (not too technical) what had happened and what I could do to protect my account in future. He followed up our call with an email, saying I could contact him any time. Excellent! Thank you.
