Immediate change of domain name
Sometimes I encounter indecisive clients. That leads to subscribing to a service whose information would immediately change.
I registered a domain on behalf of a client. Literally two minutes later, my client changed the name of the domain. It happens...
I am confident to say 1-grid came through for me again. Zubér Khan assisted with cancelling the recent domain name, cancelling the invoice and letting me know that he was more than happy to assist.
Service delivery can be recognised as an art these days and the support department at 1-grid host are quite the artists!
