HostKing is MUCH better, business services down and 1-grid does nothing.
Do not host any product with them. The support staff lie about what they do to resolve an issue. Settings to folder permissions change on the server without your knowledge and when you report it they tell you they updated the settings so it should work and it still doesn't work, you need to make a lot of fuss before anything gets done.
The live chat feature is useless, I had multiple times messages take hours or more than a day to respond to. The ticket system is useless, they close tickets that are not yet resolved or mark items such as a website being down as low priority.
I don't know what happened because in the webafrica days things were at least slightly better but now I would never recommend 1-grid to anyone for hosting, I am slowly moving my websites over to HostKing, I highly recommend them to anyone, HostKing is a far superior host, with Full Trust hosting which 1-Grid refused.
