Well, there are ISP's and then there are ISP's. I rely on and internet service provider being able to be: 1`. Contactable without advertising "High call Volumes" standard by the way for most institutions and definitely all banks. Chemists as well. 2. Getting hold of an agent, engineer or IT professional who knows what you are talking about. I do but some people are not up in the IT business or maybe just men and women who do not know how to ask a questions as to why they are not getting mail for example.

That said, I have always found my contacts at 1-Grid to be reasonably intelligent depending on the issue, very intelligent if the issue is more difficult, and it is sorted out with a minimum of fuss. They also call you back by the way a practice that seldom happens today. Their finances are in order and they advise you when they will be billing you, and the date so you cannot forget that you need to fund their debit order or however you pay. Their rates are reasonable. Now what more do you really need from a hosting company? Try them and see if i am correct. I AM!
