HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.....STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

1 Grid has been sending us payment reminders for invoices already paid. despite calling them, and sending proof of payments 8 times, they still cancelled our services...due to "NON PAYMENT"

when 1-Grid was Web Africa, we never had this issue at all.

Now I'm waiting on the telephone for over 30 mins, to speak to a consultant, despite me speaking to a consultant this morning, and him confirming payment was made a few weeks ago.
