Horrible experience so far

We just joined 1-grid. 1-grid was hired to do the website transfer which took four weeks, of which the website was completely down for 2.5 weeks during this transfer. We've been with them for no more than 2 months and our website has multiple server errors that they never seem to fix, the website has crashed mutiple times and we cant even login to wordpress due to unknown high CPU usage. Absolutely terrible service, I wish someone from management would call me.
