Horrible Customer Service, Closes ticket s without doing anything

Been with them for a while endured bad service i eventually terminated my services with them. Upon cancellation spoke to a Tariq about my backup file he mentioned it will be done and send either to me or new provider, wasn't done

I logged a ticket, ticket was closed nothing was done

I upgraded my service and paid for the package, they cancelled the upgraded package therefore disrupting my work

The list goes on.........
