Happy to take money but not refund
Dont answer for 2 days, because they owe me money. Statements sent, they dont want to listen to their own calls which they say is recorded when you call them. Im a small business and every deduction means alot. Daylight *******. Only after i mention hellopeter they then start making contact. too late

10 Dec 2024, 23:15My issue is still not resolved. basic email pending after 3 weeks after payment. Zero customer service. You are definately on the ball when it comes to deducting, No communication between support and accouns. its actually tiring. My airtime for an issue you are causing. What happened to saying sorry with a gift or some form of compensation. Do you understand that small businesses depend on the visibility that they paid for, ie websites, emails etc. At this stage the market is not confident because im still using a gmail.
