Hacked website (RESOLVED)
I have reported one of my client's web site being hacked and the initial contact I had with the support team was not what I expected however after reporting this issue to your platform the response I received from 1-Grid Host account managers was beyond my expectations. They took ownership of the matter and acted promptly in advising the correct steps to follow to have the incident resolved effectively. A clear communication was established and the steps recommended by their manager Ms. Jo-Anne T has resolved the problem effectively.
It's only with great pleasure that I was able to contact my client and advise them about the positive outcome. I therefore rate this service with the highest score available because they have managed to meet my expectations and most importantly the issue has been resolved.
