I use this service provider for email hosting and overall their service has been great. :)

My most recent interaction was with one of their people in tech support (Zolani), he went above and beyond to ensure we got up and running as fast as possible. He was friendly, patient and efficient.

Once you start using their services, I suggest you learn your way around their customer portal and also of course ensure you have a contact person to assist you when you have downtime.
