Great Customer service

I would like to thanks Shawaal Van Wyk for being so attentive and quick to resolve an issue that had been pending for a while. She is customer centric, listens and understands the issue well before attending to the matter. I had taken an annual subscription last year June. In Dec 1Grid decided to take on a new platform then re triggered a new invoice. She managed to allocate the funds accordingly without much hassle as I had gotten from her colleagues. During covid, it's best to get annual subscriptions since the next paycheck is not always guaranteed.
