Good service from 1-Grid

The SSL certificate of my website expired before the time it was supposed to. I discovered it after 17:00 on a Friday afternoon and submitted a support ticket. To my surprise and delight Ethan Hendricks of 1-Grid reported at 21:00 that the problem has been fixed. Kudos!
