Good service 0 live support
As much as I have been with them for years. thier systems are reliable and have never had a days issue. but ......I would not recommend them for fast service, i have been trying for 3 days to get though to support but little to no help. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL THEM. sales answers but support 30 min still cannot get through.

25 Jul 2025, 12:50Thank you for your reply and for getting hold of me. The problem has been resolved. Just sad I had to go this far to get the response. But I do add that in so doing the situations was resoved very quickly and I will still remain a loyal customer to 1-grid.
