Good customer service
When I transferred a domain out of 1-grid, the authorization process was quick and trouble free. When I was incorrectly invoiced for services that I had cancelled - which was admittedly frustrating - Carmy Matthews provided excellent customer service to rectify the problem. I would recommend this company.
