GEFFIN JONES - COMPETENCE AND INITIATIVE
I have had numerous occasions to complain about the support service provided by 1-Grid, but I was pleasantly surprised when Geffin Jones intervened and took the initiative to assist me with the spam messages that I had been receiving via my website seemingly effortlessly. I have no doubt that, as a Technical Support Person, Geffin has the necessary qualifications and is an expert in his field and has the knowledge and expertise to offer support to his clients. Presumably, the rest of the technicians have similar qualifications, but all they seem to be able to do is refer clients to their "Knowledge Base". I applaud Geffin for going the extra mile and actually doing something other than referring me to the self help links/knowledge base. If I was one of the customer service managers at 1-Grid, I will pay Giffin to train the rest of the technical support consultants to actually provide technical support to their clients.
