From Nightmare to Solution

We recently migrated to a Reseller package at 1-Grid. Unfortunately one of the support guys failed to complete the migration. Unexpectedly all of our domains were offline and without emails functioning. It was a very stressful time. HOWEVER, once we called 1-Grid, Zunaid Hurling handled the situation very professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner, phoning us and keeping us updated (THANKS ZUNAID!!!). Apart from this 24 hour period of hell, we haven't had any major issues with 1-Grid for years and I'll still recommend them to others.
