From Hero to ZERO another SA Company failing

We suddenly didn't receive any incoming e-mails and although we tried to get assistance bby using their ticket sysytem tthey never responded for over 3 days After waiting on the support number for over 45minutes a support staff finally answered but couldn't resolve the problem Basically blamed the customer
