From frustration to relief
I actually logged on here to leave a negative comment because of the weeks of frustration I had with 1-grid, lack of communication and just sheer inability of anyone to give me a proper explanation. I tried to do the online help thing on more time and to my surprise I received amazing service from someone named Carmy Matthew! She quickly found the problem, explained it to me, and we resolved the issue within minutes. Why can't all your employees be as knowledgeable and helpful as this?? Would have saved me weeks of frustration, not to mention the loss of income from the downtime to my business as a result of my account being suspended. Anyway, this employee managed to turn a potentially negative comment into a positive one and I believe good work like this should be recognized, hence this feedback. Thank you Carmy!
