From bad to worse
Hi Guys,
I have had a site offline for a whole day yesterday and today no feedback as yet, this is a PRIORITY 1 ticket, my site is completely down!!!, nothing but a Freshdesk automated message to my follow up email. This is the second time in a space of a month that this site is going down, this needs to be sorted out ASAP.
