Fantastic hardware - poor service from people.

Generally, the service is good. Support is not up to standard. Cancelling a service is a pain, always takes 45 minutes for them to answer the phone, and after 3 attempts, the service is still not cancelled. Cannot create a ticket to cancel an obsolete and unused service. You cannot win, easier to move to another service provider.
