Failure to deliver

About a month ago I requested my domains to be moved from another person hosting my five domains, emails and websites. I opened an account with 1-grid which the previous guy was also using 1-grid. I asked 1-grid what must be done to activate my account and move over my domains from that guy's account, the consultant told me to ask him to send an email giving 1grid permission to move all the domains from his account. He did send the email, but still 1-grid did not come through with their promise, the domains were moved but still my account has not been activated regardless of having been charged for the services. Now I do not have access to emails and websites. It is not fair really!
