Extremely poor support service
I am a customer of 1-Grid. I have an issue with trying to transfer a domain out of 1-Grid into another provider. I received the email that i made the request but nothing else.
I logged a ticket for this on 2020-06-08 with not response. I decided to ask feedback on the 2020-06-15 as i still no have feedback. Today 2020-06-18 the ticket was just closed with no response from any agent. I am now on hold for almost 40 minutes.
Worst possible support. I can see on all my previous tickets that 1-Grid ticket support system has almost no one looking at it.
