Extremely disgruntled/disappointed long time customer

I have been with these guys for as long as I can remember. Bu this year has been particularly atrocious. Have linux hosting for emails and it's gone from bad to worse. Then purchased a VPS(their highest package in fact) and was told I would be a "pro client" and get preferential treatment, a month ago thinking things will be better. IT HAS NOT IMPROVED. I cannot remember the last time we had at least 1 month of uninterrupted service. The service is poor. and you get no feedback. seems to me no matter what service you buy from them you get zero/poor support. I mean. I am still waiting for my migration to VPS to be completed.

I will say one thing. When you do get somebody on the phone, you get the friendliest folk. but They either cannot fix your issue or cannot even give you an ETA of when the issue will be resolved. And. as luck would have it. there is an outage right now and all of our email hosting with them is unavailable.

I am strongly considering moving to another provider at this point. and at the moment I am being blamed because my director wanted to move a long time ago and I advocated for these guys. But I just keep getting disappointed.
