Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Support
I’ve been trying to get assistance for the past two days by logging multiple tickets and calling—with no success. We have users whose emails have disappeared and are no longer receiving any messages, which is a critical issue.
The WhatsApp support is unresponsive, and I've been on hold with their support line for over 30 minutes with no answer. I’ve received email replies stating that feedback has been logged, yet no open tickets appear under my profile.
I’ve requested help from their client care team, but have had zero response.
At this point, I cannot recommend this service based on the lack of urgency, transparency, and follow-through.
