Extra effort helped solved my technical query

I was trying to get my hosted email account linked to my Gmail web interface. Normally, I'm stuck with support who don't even know what you're trying to achieve, or just stick to the canned responses from the "support playbook".

Zolani responded to my query quickly and even went through the process on another Gmail account, connecting a test account from my hosted domain, took screenshots and shared the whole process with me. This helped me to identify the issue on my side, and get my email connected.

Extra effort really went a long way in getting my customer query sorted, much appreciated.
