Exceptional service from 1-Grid

Given that my level of expertise is at the dangerous level: know enough to see there's a problem, but not enough to fix it, I had to rely on 1-Grid to assist me with a problem with our IP address and being constantly blacklisted by our local ISP in New Zealand.

1-Grid were simply exceptional. They took the time to understand the problem without making me feel stupid, worked hard to get it resolved, and then proactively followed up with me to ensure that I was happy with the resolution and that there were no further problems.

I wish we could all receive this service from all providers, life would really be so much easier.
