Excellent Service from 1-Grid and their Team!!

Have been experiencing intermittent problems with my emails on a monthly basis on logging a ticket with 1-Grid they were back to me within a matter of hours. The couldn't resolve the problem at the time, but assured me that if it happened again they would be on it and get it sorted. Well this is exactly what happened yesterday and Zonali jumped onto it and solved the problem right away. Blown away by the excellent service received, understanding of the product by Zolani and going beyond and above to assist me. I absolutely highly recommend 1-Grid - 1 very happy customer here and this is going a long way to me remaining a loyal customer.
