Excellent Service form Tyrone
I called 1grid to resolve my query 4.57 PM as I needed to pay for invoice however was locked out of my control pannel.
I was amazed that when I got through to Tyrone that he was not watching the clock and was adamant on helping me.
Tyrone showed patience, friendly and professional.
Well done to Tyrone as he is a fine example of going the extra mile,
