Excellent Customer Service from 1-Grid :-)
I had a billing problem with 1-Grid. I was quite upset with 1-Grid and complained. However, it turns out that my bank for some reason didn't allow my debit order to go through. 1-Grid was very understanding and sorted the problem out. Apologies to 1-Grid. Thanks for you good service :-)
