eventually we received service satisfaction

1-grid thinking i need any service from this place gives me a rush all over my body some time i just want to rip my heir off. it took time like nearly a month of aggravation. talking to 2 people one was a woman from account and the other one a mail that just didn't care but Thanks haven I got Roxanne Peters to help me it wasn't easy took some emails but once she phoned me she listened to my issue and my reasonings said ill phone you tomorrow with our decision which she did and apologized it took her so long to get back to me and resolved my issue fully to my satisfaction . I must stress we know and we do appreciate the technologies available to us but some time you need to have a person on the line, your chat can take ages before one replays to you and then you get one replay and you send the next Q. but the person on the other side of the chat has already gone. I tried to phone you can be hours on hold before you get through to someone that will help you ,and then you say ok lets send an e mail wow response with in a second like instantly wow but its a bot that like some of the people in this company on the question on time it will tell you we understand your hot its windy and if you need to know more about the wind go to the link below so yes you can put an Aircon in a room but if it is to small it wont cool the room so in other words your bots needs some adjustment
