Enjoying my service with 1-grid.
Once I got my ticket assigned, 2 day later, (had to call to get it assigned. I received excellent service. I have called twice today with other issues and again, fantastic service.
All you have to work on is your ticket system, other than that every time I call, barring the 1 slip, the staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and very helpful.
So from my side fantastic job, keep it up.
