1 Grid I have always been happy with your service, until now. My emails have been down for days. I cant reach you on the phone, youre not answering my phone calls, wasting all my airtime on hold and then get cut off, not replying to my support requests, youre not even bothered to send your clients an email or whatsapp advising them on whats going on and when we can expect this resolved. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!!!! YOURE COSTING ME BUSINESS!!!!!! PHONE ME AND TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON
