Email Nightmare
I have had challenges with spam coming through my email that eventually my emails was blocked. During the last week I have contacted 1 grid several times and Cecil, one of their Support staff has consistently gone that EXtra mile to resolve my query. He has been professional, patient and extremely helpful through this process as I am NOT Tech savvy and we resolved my problems. I would highly recommend 1 Grid as a service provider.
