Email Migratio

A few days ago I wrote a review about how unhappy and disappointed I was with the service I received from 1-Grid. Zaheer Wallie assisted me in migrating my account. Some of my emails I thought were lost because they did not get downloaded at the time of migration. I'm very happy to change my rating from a 1to a 5 because Zaheer called me the same day and assured me that I will get all my emails. The issue had been sorted he assured me. That made me happy because all my client emails and contacts I thought were lost for good. Thank you Zaheer for calling me back and securing an appointment to solve the problem for good. I will deal with you in future and I feel now that I can recommend 1-Grid to others and I'll keep my account with 1-Grid. Mistakes are made in any business, what is important is how well you recover from the error and how fast you solve the problem for your customers.
