Don't Host with Them!

Over the years (I have been with 1-Grid since they were WebAfrica Hosting) service has deteriorated drastically. I have been looking to move hosting providers for a few months now as things have gone down hill further but after being charged R439 to renew a domain when the cost should only be R199 (not the first time either), having to query, and then being credited (not refunded - like I need don't need that money that they took???), and not even an apology about the matter. Additionally, the speeds have gotten worse, downtime is more frequent, customer care is none existent and customer experience is at an all time low.
