Don't ever let them host your email accounts
I've lost count of the number of times my email hosting has bombed out this year with 1-grid. It becomes a rigmarole where I have to sit on the phone with their customer service because of an issue from their side, no doing of my own while my clients cant reach me. That's death to a small business where my customers want prompt and instant email replies.
