Domain setup sorted out perfectly
Needed to setup a new domain forward, that didn't work from the support page, and also remove a hosting package for another domain. I logged a ticket on Sunday, and actually received a call on the Monday. Not bad going! All my tech queries (and error code) were sorted out during my support conversation, which made life easy. Thank you.
