Domain renewal

I am extremely disappointed at 1-grid for the poor service I've been getting lately, 1st of all it seems like they give different training to their agents because they seem to be talking different language. It so happen that I renew my domain later than I should've however to my surprise after paying for the domain I get an invoice of R500 rescue fee ???? I mean there is nowhere on their website they state such and how can a domain that costs R99.99 to register be rescued with such a high amount. 1stly some agent noticed their error and cancelled the rescue fee amount to my surprise a couple of days later I get another invoice worth R500 ???? I have never agreed to pay that amount but seems like am being bul**** paying it. I've renewed domai s later than 8months before and was never charged a cent for rescue fees and wht is the domain being rescued from? If the domain expires you just simply re register it even when you transfer a domain from a different hosting Co you're never charged a cent so it makes 1 wonder why all of a sudden R500 charge. Am not willing to pay this amount and wish to be provided with a solution.
