Domain not usable at all

After my previous complain here there was some action on my problem and then ticket closed without me acknowledge that its solved or not - I logged another ticket to re-open it and it was also just closed. My problem was never solved and I don't have access at all now. The best customer service. I would really like to have a conversation with a responsible manager. But that's just a wish. This is a joke.
