DO NOT USE THEM.

The worst hosting company by far. Their support staff for hosting just 'escalate' issues to senior staff and then you sit waiting for a ticket update. I was notified by someone my business website is throwing a connection_reset error. I don't know how long it was down for, but 2 days ago I reported it and it still is down. I did notice all my domains have a new nameserver being used (not changed by me) so I believe something changed with the hosting and it has caused problems. Regardless, to wait 2 days for a down website to come back is ridiculous. Uptime guarantee??? Really? Then you have failed your promise. Expert support?? Non-existent support, I should NOT have to keep asking for feedback for a down site.
