Well, seems my words are haunting me. After experiencing good service I had an issue with an email box not working. We tried Friday, they said it is fixed. I tested and it was not. Then I reported it, and again on Saturday and then again on Sunday morning but NOT ONE SINGLE reply.

DO NOT RUN MISSION CRITICAL SERVICES WITH THEM. Only do personal hosting and things that are not very time sensitive.
